MIND’s solution, PhonEX ONE, supports the multiple call types generated by Microsoft Lync Server 2010 and OCS including reporting on inbound, outbound, internal and response groups; audio, audio conference, video, video conference, trunk-to-trunk, SIP trunks and instant messaging.
PhonEX ONE is actually PBX independent therefore is a central solution that monitors not only Lync traffic but any legacy PBX’s (Cisco, Avaya, Mitel etc.) and additional data sources such as gateways and mobile phones. Monitoring multiple data sources means that our reports can demonstrate the ROI following the technology investment in Lync showing such trends as voice traffic being passed over Lync as oppose to legacy PBX’s and IM vs. Voice usage within an organisation. This is in addition to the more ‘traditional’ call logging benefits of cost control and reduction, improved employee efficiency and increased network performance.
