    Thank you for posting this video. I am using the certified provider and have followed the steps. Calls transfer to voicemail when the end user number is dialed, however the SA number goes to fast busy after 4 rings, and the AA number goes to fast busy immediately. I did enable the AA, which wasn’t shown here, however that still hasn’t helped.
